Jeanette Miller brought a positive energy to the interview. She clearly values people who can think critically but also stay composed under pressure. It was a real conversation rather than just a series of stock questions. I have not had many interviews before this one but it was mainly discussing my design and marketing skills and my outlook on challenge.
