I had three interviews, not including numerous interactions with HR (who played way too many games for my taste). The questions were typical of the field. Willingness to "pitch-in" when the workload required it was a huge point of emphasis, and it was obvious from what they said (and what they didn't say) that this was going to be a frequent occurrence. I'm always willing to work long hours, but they seemed taken aback that I expected to be compensated for it. I found their attitudes pretty disrespectful, to be honest, but if free soda is more important to you than being paid a competitive wage this might be the job for you!
