Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Geonomics em mar. de 2018
Entrevista
A phone interview with 2 people (robots) lasting about 45 mins. The thick accent guy who likes to mumble askes all the questions.
They asked me loads of textbook type questions, so make sure you memorize the entire Computer Science syllabus. The ideal candidate would be the one who just walked out of an exam room.
They are not here to have a discussion with you. When they asked how to implement a data structure, you have to tell them the entire implementation, so just make sure you have prepared a script beforehand.
Don't make the mistake I did by asking for further clarification because they won't bother answering, save yourself from the awkward silence.
No coding question, they just want you to talk about code but not code.
They also haven't really prepared any questions, so they will just ask you more questions from your answer.
To be honest, there are easier/friendlier places to get into if you just want to do Java and JS web development and nothing else.

Entrevista
A recruiter proposed me to the company. The company sends to me a java pretest and then they call me for a technical interview. The technical interview was about 45 minutes.

Pergunta 1
How do you think to implement a phone book if you can use only List? The implementation must support add/remove operations and then find by name operation. No concurrency/multithread is needed. Costs of all operations.

A phone interview with 2 people lasting about 30 mins. They asked me loads of encyclopedia type questions, which I could Google if I really wanted to. They can go quite in-depth and it seems that you fail if you make 1 mistake. One of the interviewers has a very difficult to understand accent and seems to be offended if you ask him to repeat what he said. Ironically, the guy who is easier to understand has scarcely said a word...
Overall, the interview was quite standard, but I was surprised that there were no coding questions.
The most disappointing part was that they promised to get back to me on the same day but they haven't got back to me at all.
