Very long process, be prepared for it to take a few weeks. They do not get in a hurry. you will have a phone screen and then a 1:1 interview. the majority of the questions are your basic behavioral based questions that put you in certain situations to judge you of your character and management skills if you are applying for management.

Entrevista
The process is behavioral base multi-group interview. The interviewers were very professional and went out of their way to insure that i was comfortable before the process began. I was very impressed with the entire hiring process and everyone that I met during the process. As a transitioning military member I was wondered about my job search, but the team at GP made it very pleasurable.

Basic questions that were centered around the companies guiding principles. A lot of safety inspired questions, conflict management, and self evaluation.
