Interview process consisted of a phone interview with a recruiter, followed by another phone interview with a manager, and then concluded with a 4-hour in-person interview with 4 different managers, one after the other. The 4-hour interview process is exhausting as they come in one after the other, which I assume is to see how well you do when you're mentally exhausted. The disappointing part of all of this is that after spending a half day in the office and taking off time from my current job they didn't have the decency to at least follow up with you with a yes or no on if you'd get the job. After following up twice with the recruiter asking for an update/feedback no response was ever received and so I moved on with my job search. It's disappointing for such a large and well-known company to disregard candidates time like this.
