I was interviewed on campus after speaking with some GP representatives during a career fair. I was selected for the on-campus interview, in which they asked standard situational questions. After the on-campus interview if they were moving forward with you, they essentially sent the hiring managers across the country their notes and recommendation of you. From there the next step was an onsite interview.

Very quick interview process only taking a couple weeks, starting at a college career fair which turned into a formal application. This was then followed up by a pre-recorded behavioral interview. Lastly there was a technical interview with current engineers, where they simply went over the resume and asked technical questions pertaining to the skills and experiences you had listed.
