Entrevista
Initial Teams interview that lasted for 30 minutes, then on-site interview a week later. On-site was a tour that followed by an interview from a total of 6 people. Was a series of questions from 2 people at a time.

Koch Industries uses their principle based interviewing method. If you can tie your experience toward that you’ll get the job. Just review Principle Based Management before and focus your responses to that.
