Typical corporate HR process. First a phone screen with a recruiter, then a phone call with a hiring manager, then a face-to-face with several other marketing members.
The managers are over-worked, over-stressed, and way underpaid. You will not get a bonus -- they will tell you that you will, but don't believe them. Not one single ABM in the company received a bonus during the year I came on board, despite at least one of them totally running all the brand operations after the rest of his/her team quit (all in the space of a few weeks.) Average time to promotion is about 2-3 years. Much slower than most other CPG organizations.
