Overall good questions about how you impact situations for the better. Less technical and more situational. They are seeking to maintain a culture rather than specific skill sets. I can see where that's good but also not good for certain roles.

After application, a video interview with answering question online.
Phone screening with recruiter after the application. Meet and Interview with manager on site along with the site visit lasting a day. Company pays for all visit.
fair they asked relevant questions for the role and i had a good time with the interviewer. Some behavioral questions and some technical questions but alot of resume questions. Would recommend
very chill and relaxed.5-6 questions at the beginning that are more personality based. easy to talk to for the most part. left a lot of time for questions at the end and were very helpful.
