it is based on the recommendation. you basically need to get recommended. once you are recommended you are almost guaranteed to become an employee. They always hire. so if needed one needs to always look for the coc jobs.

i apply through the university website(sece, dining, rec center, etc), then got an email to schedule the interview. I could interview either online or offline. Then, I got an offer email.
