i apply through the university website(sece, dining, rec center, etc), then got an email to schedule the interview. I could interview either online or offline. Then, I got an offer email.

Average length, easy questions, not technical, behavioral for the most part. Explained some responsibilities of the job and emphasized flexibility of your schedule and their schedule. They stated it’s an on campus and in person job.
Received an offer to interview following my application. I met with who would end up being my boss in person to discuss the position and whether it would be a good fit on both ends.
