After an online application the next step was a phone interview. The interview itself was very nice and professional. The typical questions of 'what are your strengths/weaknesses?' and also 'what would you do in the situation when you realized that you where not going to be able to meet a certain deadine?' . It took a little less than 30 minutes.

1 hour phone screening by HR with loads of questions. Be prepared for behavior questions. There will be a 2nd round teams call and a 3rd round on site, I'm still waiting for 2nd round and posting this for access to other company salaries
