Applied online. Got a video interview invitation after resume screening. I have never seen any company doing video interview at first step. Seems like they want to check the race of the candidates. Recruiter who is non technical, do this video interview to ask technical questions and then follow up saying it was phone interview. Never got a phone call. Be perfect yourself first if you’re looking for perfect candidates.

Initial video call Interview with HR. Talked about my profile and experience. Also 3-4 technical behavioral ques in that Since they were looking to fill position at two locations. Application was redirected to HR of other location "Again repeating the same interview questions and everything ". On top of it, the 2nd interviewer was in a hurry. Did not listen for completion of the answer. Overall, waste of time because the 2nd HR interviewer seemed less interested. Beware. Worse communication between the HR's
