It was easy and fast. The hiring managers were on time and asked mostly technical questions. The HR person was not at the interview even though she hosted interview. However, the process after the interview was...silent. Followed up with HR person twice, no response. Followed up with one of the hiring managers, no response. I was completely ignored. If the company invited me to an in-person interview, even though I was not their choice, I deserved an answer. But no, they just ghosted me. Very rude and unprofessional on their side while promoting the company culture as positive and supporting their employees. I only knew that the position was filled on Linkedin when the hired person updated their job profile. Still no official rejection was sent to my email.
