I had an initial telephone screening with this company where the male staff member interviewing was unprofessional, dismissive and rude, felt more like a one-way video style interview than a call with a human being and did not introduce himself, speak about the company, or speak about much honestly apart from ask ‘why would you be good for this role’ , ‘how do you feel about time management’ and seemed more concerned about how a detailed plan of how I would attend the office than anything else, then a lot of questions about ‘managing work load’ as soon as I made any slight mention of a condition (how it would help me not hinder me mind you) the call concluded and never heard from this individual or company again and was given no opportunity for feedback and leaves the impression that this is unprofessional company and not one that treats people with respect let alone their own employees. Red flags from the very beginning straight until the end.
