An entire process went smoothly with no complications and in friendly atmosphere, however it takes around 1 month until the final interview! In my opinion, the process is very extended in time. The candidates can find another job in the meanwhile. The final interview was organized well, without any postpones or delays; managers were asking very general questions related to previous experience and future plans. Apart from it, some questions were irrelevant to the role and work itself (probably it was the most irritating part, since we are all human and cannot know everything).

Very quick and professional contact with recruiter, clear instructions given at every step. Final interview was conducted in a good-natured atmosphere and the feedback afterwards was in-depth and informative. Overall a very good experience.
