The process was three interviews, one with HR, one with the coworkers and one with the director of the are, in general the interview was very transpararent and it was very fast.

Initial interview day covered two slots with seperate interviewers.
Followed up by a futher interview with a third individual a week later.
Covered background understanding of technical concepts.
Architecture design.
Requirements gathering process.
Personality understanding.
Confidence in dealing with clients and executives.

Entrevista
Well it was online with the manager, usually the managers are in another city. The process took one month in total. At the end it was a very good process of interview.
