Initial call with UK MD (Head of Sales) - I had worked with him previously on a Tuesday. Met with board member (Chief Commercial Officer) 2 days later (Thursday). Offered job during the interview. HR Negotiation 1 day (Friday). Contract in my inbox the next business day (Monday). The interview felt like more of a conversation than an interrogation, I generally enjoy interviews and this process felt very natural.
