I been approach by Gett in August. The process was quick (as much as I could), efficient and they were very responsive throughout the process. Every person I met in the process was professional and nice. First step was a Codility test, it wasn't hard and it help me to prepare for the interview. Second step was an interview with a developer. He show me the offices, explain about Gett and made me feel excited about this opportunity. He ask some technical question and we had a nice talk. Third step was an interview with manager. The technical questions were oriented to Gett business and it help me understand the problems they are facing with and what is it like to work there, been familiar with Gett app was an advantage. I felt in the interview like it is important to them to keep employee happy and fill their interests. The manager was approachable and discuss with me a few options that he think will be a match for me. Step four is HR interview, it was more like a pleasant and informative conversation. Fifth step is interview with VP R&D. Last step is recommendation and offer. The offer was great, I got all I ask for. I couldn't accept the offer at that time, it was hard decision because I really wanted to :) but I will try again and hope it will be still relevant. I definitely recommend this company, I think they are amazing and have full potential, it seems like a place to both grow professionally and in the personal level fun and enjoyable.
