I did a total of 5 hours worth of interviews between the pre-screen, hiring manager, and multiple team interviews only to have them "ghost" me for two + weeks. I finally reached out to my HR contact to find out what was going on at which point she got back to me immediately scheduling a "follow up" for the following Monday. This follow up was merely to tell me I didn't get the job. So in summary: 5 hours of interviews 2+ weeks no contact Make me wait over the weekend to the following week to tell me I didn't get the job. Could have been an email. Lack of communication on HR's part is really where my dissatisfaction lies. The team itself seemed great.
