I was headhunted for the job at GHIB. Initially I wasn’t sure but after discussing with the recruiter, I applied for it. Excellent process overall. Not too technical and all the interviewers were very nice and made me feel comfortable. I was told it will be a 3 stage interview but can be 4 as it will be with the CEO. At first, the bank was quite keen and were pretty quick in arranging the interviews but after I cleared all 3 interviews, it took some time to receive a final interview (4th) call. Unfortunately, on the day of the interview, while waiting for half an hour, got told that the interview had to be rescheduled. Eventually the interview got rescheduled and went really well. But after 2 weeks, got a feedback that sadly the offer was made to another candidate :) Overall process took about 3 months - far too long to get to the final stage. Goodluck to all the candidates who will apply for the roles in the future. Go for it! Nice people and the bank.
