I had phone interviews by the recruiter and then by hiring manager. I had 5 interviews (HR, hiring manager, hiring manager's boss, two directors the role would work closely with). Most questions were behavioral or of my work experiences.

Entrevista
It was well organized. Applied online. Got an email for phone interview with HR. She was nice and to the point. Next phone interview was with hiring manager - more technical and work related questions. Lastly, met a team of 4 people in an onsite interview. The process was well structured.
