I was introduced to the company through an agent. The interview process was fairly straight forward, with a pre-screening on the phone, a programming exercise to do in your own time and a face-to-face interview with the team leader and one of his colleagues. The interviewers were very friendly and enthusiastic; the technical aspect was no doubt a pre-requisite but it also felt that they were trying to select someone who they would want to work with and who would fit well in their team. The interview was fairly short (1h30).
