1st stage interview was with the internal recruiter which made me feel very welcome and we had a great conversation about my skills and what company is looking for. Second interview was with an area manager and head of people. I have felt from the beginning that I will be rejected. Both of the interviewers were asking same questions or asking me things I already explained in prior questions. I have been rejected based on their perception of a restaurant I worked in rather than my actual skills.

It was a Group interview, around about 20 people altogether. I felt like everyone was trying to be noticed, I personally kept to myself and answered when spoken to. Within the moment I felt I had no chance due to all the personality’s in the room. Three days later I was told I got the job.
