Interview took place in the conference room with other clinical directors invited. Everyone had a list of interview questions and took turns asking me preselected questions, round Robin style. They started with tell us a little bit about yourself, moved to why I am interested in the positions, questions to assess how the interviewee handles stress and, high intensity, fast paced environment. Questions involving work values/ ethics. Next was conflict resolution and escalation. Last few questions were related to why they should pick you as a candidate and if you have any questions.
