I spoke with the interviewer over the phone on two separate occasions. The potential job opportunity was explained in detail with a thorough description of the daily, weekly, and monthly workflow. Areas within the company that would be my purview were discussed including the improvements expected and the timeframe for these changes. The main employees were discussed in regards to their individual jobs and particularly any responsibilities which would be taken over. It was a very thorough and informative interview which provided me a great "snapshot" of the workings within the company.
