A recuitment phone screen, then one with my would-ve line manager, then one with their line manager before a face to face taking several hours.
I met with quite a lot of people, first my immediate line manager and then other people with whom I would be working too. Very friendly and open process, like an informal interview panel. Asked both technical and soft skill questions

Wasn’t screened by talent acquisition, sent into the interview with no brief. Position was TA Regulatory Affairs Manager. Asked what TA that was before interviewing and the response was ‘this role is for TA Regulatory Affairs Manager’. Had the interview and didn’t hear a thing after, that was 7 weeks ago.
