Questions like how would you manage difficult stakeholders, set appropriate expectations, favorite past projects, 3 strengths and 3 weaknesses, why Gilead, why you leaving current job, what Gilead values do you identify yourself with?

This was a fairly solid interview process. The interview team was quick and organized with clear questions and a process that makes sense. I also had the ability to counter offer.

3 rounds of Interviews and then got ghosted by recruiter. Mailed 3 times, and no response. You kinda get your hopes up if interviews go very well and it is your top choice career wise. And then they ghost you for a month and still no rejection, nor acceptance. Disappointed
