I was contacted through a external recruiter who patched me up with one of Gilead onsite HR contractors and who did all the talking and setting up of phone interviews. Had 2 one on one phone interviews: once with the Senior Manager of the unit in which I am going to work chiefly to check eligibility and go through my resume. Once I am cleared the second one on one interview happened in the next week with the manager I am going to report to. Once I cleared it too, I was invited to their Foster City office for an in person interview spanning 3/4 of a typical business day. Interviewees ranged from all the mangers and coworkers I got to work if I am offered the position. Interview questions are around my past experience and some technical questions.
