With Gilead being an external hire I experienced a 4 Step Interview process. It began with a Contracted HR person contacting me for an initial screen, and the final step in the interview process culminated with me having a Zoom Meeting with the Exec. Sales Director.

Recruiter does a 30 min pre screen call prior to moving on, easy questions looking for hungry sales people. Most of the questions are about your back ground and a few sales focused questions like overcoming objections.
