1. Phone interview 2. Panel interview Overall the process was left without communication. Took weeks before I got a follow up from the initial recruiter call. Then another 3 weeks after the hiring manager call. Then I had no shows from the panel and no reschedule. Lastly they didn’t even bother to follow up and let me know of the decision

This was a fairly solid interview process. The interview team was quick and organized with clear questions and a process that makes sense. I also had the ability to counter offer.

3 rounds of Interviews and then got ghosted by recruiter. Mailed 3 times, and no response. You kinda get your hopes up if interviews go very well and it is your top choice career wise. And then they ghost you for a month and still no rejection, nor acceptance. Disappointed
