Entrevista
Had three rounds. First round with a Director and was pretty good, second round with a technical person and that was also fine. The third interview was with a manager (level below the one being hired for). After three re-schedules, the person didn't join the interview. Got a call from HR that it had to be rescheduled at last moment. Finally, fourth time, the interview started and there was another interview going on the bridge. This person heard someone else and immediately logged off without even introducing. Didn't even said hello. A complete waste of time.

I applied online. I received an email for an interview within a week. I spoke to the recruiter and hiring manager. The interview with the recruiter was very standard. It was mostly to verify experience. The interview with the hiring manager was odd. The hiring manager’s questions were too specific and it wasn’t clear was he was looking for.

Entrevista
I had 12 different interviews, scheduling was very organized and clear. Process was intense (couple of weeks) but it worked well. Questions were generic with some small talk, not super formal, which made it easier.
