This was a two stage process. There is a short phone screen with the hiring manager followed by a longer panel interview on site with peers and other managers in the department.

Entrevista
I interviewed for a laboratory technician position after being referred by a friend. Interviewed by two project managers, who didn't ask too many tough questions. Just asked about my previous experiences in school and work.
