Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). Fui entrevistado pela Gillespie Manners (Copenhaga, Região da Capital) em ago. de 2025
Entrevista
I was approached by a recruiter from Gillespie Manners for the position of account manager in Denmark. I agreed to talk to the recruiter, mostly out of curiosity as I'm currently employed, and not looking to switch unless something fantastic comes along. Within five minutes of the call, it was made clear to me that the job would most likely require "Danish" as a language requirement - which my linkedin profile clearly states I don't have as a language skill. I was told by the recruiter that they would double check if this is a hard requirement with the hiring authority and get back to me. Its now been a week since this conversation and I have not heard back from them and its pretty obvious I won't be. If the recruiters from Gillespie Manners had done the job that they are actually supposed to do, which is to find suitable candidates for the jobs they are recruiting for, a three minute glance at my profile would have told them all they needed to know about the skills I have - which are clearly not a fit for this position; and this would have saved my time as well as theirs. Recruiters truly are garbage people and I can't believe they are allowed to exist in this format.
