The interview process was made up of a quick conversation with a manager about my experience (or lack thereof) then a trial shift which lasted a couple of hours where I was briefly trained and essentially showed that I wasn’t useless

I had a group interview, we were split into teams and had to build a giraffe out of paper. It was an unorthodox interview process! Quite relaxed though and not as nerve wracking as standard interviews
