2 stage, chat with HR where I was asked about experience etc. Then was invited to an interview consisting of the hiring manager and one other person. Both interviews were relaxed and they made me feel comfortable and I didn't feel rushed. Whilst my overall experience was positive, my only negative feedback is that no one ever followed up with me, so I am assuming I didn't get the role (which is fine as not sure I was the right fit), and when a candidate has given time to apply and interview, I do think a formal follow up is appropriate and professional.
