The interview process consist of 3 rounds. First round would be telephonic. Second round would be Program. Third round would be Face to Face (HR) I went for the second round and had my program test. They asked me to write two programs. I though i will be clearing the round, But suddenly they said like i have not selected and the reason is due to lack of coding and validation skills.

After applying job it takes more than 1 month, after getting call from recruiter, process is very fast next day scheduled the interview over phone, interview was easy some strange questions are asked and very professional and clean
