The interview is standard for the most part. I had a chance to meet a lot of great people that I would interact with along with some that explained more about the culture of GitHub. There were 4 meetings that had to take place. 1st - with recruiter 2nd- Manager 3rd- meet 5 people (including hiring managers 4th- meet 5/6 more people
They share a lot about the position while stressing the importance of the company mission and culture. I gathered that they are looking to shorten the interview process but seems to be longer then usual at the moment. I was able to complete the process in 3 weeks as I really wanted this position, unfortunately it just stings a bit when you don’t get an offer knowing that you invested a lot of time interviewing. Nevertheless, it would be a great company to work for. It’s great for those who want to work in a start-up company and want to make a difference in how business is done
