This process took about 2 months and involved about 5 video interviews and a test. They were pretty transparent about the process from the beginning. It's all done by video, since the whole company works remotely. Everyone I spoke to was fair and asked reasonable questions, and they were all rather thorough. It was a pretty good experience up until my last interview. I never heard back from anyone after that; not even when I emailed to follow up. After all of the time I invested, it just seems sloppy and inconsiderate and left a very poor impression of how they might treat people.
