Quite an in depth initial form. That looks to have gone well and Gitlab contacted me to arrange the next stage of the interview. I filled out my availability on their system but haven't heard back. This was 6 weeks ago. I have sent them 5 emails but got no response. There is a serious lack of organisation and/or communication in their recruitment process and has seriously put me off them as a business.
