Five 45-60 minute interviews with the sales leadership team at Gitlab. Discussed working remote, situational objections and presented my background. Very cordial interview with constructive feedback during the process. Sales manager verified his team role for supporting field sales.

Worst process I’ve been through. They have an external team that schedules the interview through a calendar system which seems like they are very thorough and organized. However, with spending time with 5 interviews and about 9 hours (including prep), I did not receive one response or feedback back from anyone (yes I sent thank you notes and followed up). My fault for accepting the interviews in the first place. Waste of time!!!!!! Young immature leaders!
