Excellent! GitLab was very transparent through the whole process and their recruiting team is amazing. I thought the interview process was very fair and I gained a great sense of the company and the position throughout the process. I have no concerns at all!

Entrevista
Went all the way through the interview process only to be rejected. I guess they planned to ghost me. I had to reach out for my reject letter. First interview was with a recuriter, following two hiring managers then with someone in a higher leadership role. Final interview was with a peer. Did require a mock call btw.

It was fair and I was updated along the way. There are not really any complaints from me. Tasks could be paid instead of doing them for free like many companies do for your time.
