Terrible process dragged for almost 4 months, with little communication from the talent recruiter. Company seemed wholly uninterested in continuing, but also did not formally stop the process. Despite being recruited and entering the process for filling in a certain position, they said at the very end of the process that their budget would allow only a lower-level position. Not being open to the "downgrade" led to receiving no offer.
