I've been through a three-month interview process with five interview rounds, including an onsite interview. After completing the final round, I haven’t received any communication from HR for over a month—no update, no confirmation, not even a rejection. I find this lack of response highly unprofessional, especially after committing so much time and effort. I believe candidates deserve at least the courtesy of a follow-up.
