Cheerful, considerate, naive; I elaborated that while I thought that naive had a negative social implication, I believed this aspect of my personality allowed me to assist patients by having an intrinsically positive attitude in the workplace. It also allowed me to maintain trust in my coworkers and the company overall, even through negative past experiences.
