Panel interview with heads of four departments, all within a conference room setting. I arrived early for the interview and the HR representative was not too late in escorting me to the back. The interview panel members came in slowly and it was a few minutes before they started. Each had at least two questions prepared for me, and they took turns asking their questions and writing notes on my responses.
