The interview process is far too lengthy for an associate level position. There was the initial interview, an excel and written skills test, a panel interview, and another final interview. I was lucky though because on their application they state that they may have two more interviews after the panel interview. A five step interview process (not including references) is too much for an associate level position.
They also state that they want to hire more individuals from the populations they work with, however, this interview process alienates those who would not be able to afford to take time off work for such an extensive interview.

Their interview process is great as they provide outline of events- but it’s so long and that makes the hiring process long. The Givedirectly hiring process tends to be lengthy due to rigorous evaluations, multiple interview rounds, extensive background checks, and the organization's commitment to ensuring the right fit.
