The interview process was very unorganized. The first round was followed by a long, unexplained gap of several months before the second round was scheduled. Despite that delay, I attended the second round and felt it went well. Unfortunately, the post-interview experience was disappointing. The HR team did not bother to follow up, respond to emails, or answer calls after the final round. This kind of mismanagement and lack of basic communication is unprofessional and disrespectful to candidates who invest their time and effort. A simple update—whether selected or not—should be standard practice. The overall experience reflects poorly on the company’s recruitment approach.

The interview process is bit weird HR is not professional, they will not reply to your calls or follow up mails . I got their reply after 2 months and after clearing all rounds HR didn’t responded to either mails nor interested in picking up calls. Very bad experience from HR department of giveplease. Technical rounds went very well not issue at all for that but HR is very unprofessional if you don’t want to select candidate at least you can drop a mail to inform such.
