Longer than average recruiter screen (about an hour, video call). 50 question timed IQ test for an entry-mid level role. 1 hour hiring manager interview. 90 minute panel with take home project

Entrevista
Long interview process - which every employee on Givelify's side was late for. By far the most confusing take home assignment I've ever seen. The company has a total disregard for the interviewer's time, as evidenced by their lack of follow up once assignments are completed. I was asked to complete a long assignment prior to a panel interview. I was then asked to make revisions to it. As other reviews have mentioned, I was not given the opportunity to present in the panel interview.
Never have I had my time disregarded more by an interview process.
