Contacted CEO via e-mail to request opportunity to meet and discuss position. Met with CEO twice and interacted by phone and e-mail. The CEO came across as disorganized, overwhelmed and indecisive. She was vague about her expectations for the position and did not honor her verbal promises. She was subsequently replaced and the organization has grown and prospered under new leadership.
